Verto LLC ("Verto," "we," "us") operates vertoexperts.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, download our free Foreclosure Options Playbook, use our chat widget, or contact us — and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Contact information you give us: name, email address, phone number.
  • Property information you share with us: property address, sale/auction date, and details you provide about your foreclosure situation.
  • Messages you send through our chat widget, contact forms, email, or text.
  • Basic site analytics (pages visited, device type) collected automatically.

We do not collect payment information on this site.

How we use it

  • To send you the free resources you request (playbook, videos, emails).
  • To respond to your questions and schedule consultations.
  • To send you text messages and emails only where you have opted in (see "Text messaging" below).
  • To improve our site and educational content.

Text messaging — mobile information

If you opt in to text messages from Verto LLC, we collect your mobile number and your opt-in consent so we can send you the messages you requested. We send messages through our messaging platform (currently HighLevel), which processes your number solely to deliver our messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your opt-in status with service providers that help us deliver our messages (for example, our messaging platform and phone carriers), and with no one else.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

How we share information otherwise

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only to operate our business:

  • Service providers that help us run the site and communications (for example, our messaging and email platforms) — bound to use your information only for our purposes.
  • Legal obligations — if required by law or a court order.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages; reply HELP for help.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no internet transmission is completely secure.
